In January, 2012 Benjamin Monk completed his Eagle Scout project with the placement of new quarter-mile markers around the 2-mile outside trail in our Greenbelt Park. Policy Regarding the Use of Other Power-Driven Mobility Devices The District reserves the right to deny any request at their sole discretion due to scheduling conflicts, park maintenance, or otherwise. You are NOT authorized to use Greenbelt Park for an organized group event until you have entered into a fully executed Park Use Agreement approved by the District. Upon review, a representative of the DistrictвЂ™s Board of Directors will contact you to obtain any additional necessary details regarding your event and to coordinate the execution of a Park Use Agreement. Please complete the Event Request Form contained on this webpage at least 30 days prior to your intended event and submit. While Nottingham Country Municipal Utility District encourages the use of Greenbelt Park by the public, all persons or organizations holding an organized group event consisting of 10 or more people in Greenbelt Park must enter into a Park Use Agreement with the District.
